Located within Ten Thousand Waves Japanese Spa Resort, izanami is a Michelin Guide recognized Japanese restaurant known for its exceptional cuisine, carefully curated sake selection, and distinctive dining experience. We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and motivated Full-Time Server to join our Front of House team. This is an opportunity for hospitality professionals who take pride in their craft, value teamwork, and are committed to delivering the high standards of service expected.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of serving experience in an upscale or fine-dining restaurant.
- Exceptional hospitality skills with a warm, professional, and guest-focused approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling procedures.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to our evolving seasonal menus.
- Availability to work flexible daytime and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to professional growth.
- Ability to stand and walk for 6-8 hours per shift.
- Safely lift and carry trays, equipment, and other items weighing up to 35 pounds.
- Safely navigate stairs, narrow walkways, eneven surfaces, and outdoor dining areas.
